Synopsis

Raquel is a hardworking woman, a typical Brazilian mother, who believes one can make a living with integrity. Her daughter Maria de Fátima, on the other hand, is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve success, no matter the cost. Their mother-daughter relationship, and opposing views on how to get ahead in life, spark a conflict: is it possible to be both successful and honest in Brazil?
