Terms of Service

1. Who can use Togged

You need to be 13 or older to have an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Posting rules

These are the rules you accept before you post. Breaking them can get the content removed.

• No harassment, threats, or targeting anyone with abuse.
• No hate speech: nothing attacking people over race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• No sexual content involving minors, in any form, described or depicted. This is reported, not just removed.
• No pornographic or gratuitously violent content.
• No spam, no advertising, no bulk or automated posting, no link farming.
• No impersonating another person, account, or organisation.
• Post your own words. Do not post content you do not have the right to post.

Writing about what happens in a show is not a violation. Discussing difficult subject matter in a review is normal and expected. The rules are about how you treat people, not about which shows you write about.

3. How we enforce this

• Automated filtering. Reviews, review comments, clip captions, clip comments, bios and display names are screened when posted. Matching text is withheld and sent to a moderator rather than published. If it was fine, a moderator approves it and it goes up.
• Reporting. Profiles, reviews, comments, shared clips and clip comments have report controls. Reports go to our moderators, not to the person reported.
• Response targets. Reports of harassment, hate speech, sexual content or violence are reviewed within 1 business day. Everything else within 3 business days.
• Blocking. You can block any account. That hides you from them and them from you on signed-in Togged surfaces. It does not remove public clip pages from signed-out visitors or invalidate avatar URLs someone already has.
• Removal. We can remove content that breaks these rules. Reports about an account are escalated for a manual account decision. For clear safety violations, content can be removed without notice.

4. Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to other people on Togged, which is what makes the site work. That permission ends for anything you delete, and deleting your account deletes your content.

You are responsible for what you post, including reviews, ratings, comments, tags, and your profile information.

5. Accepting these terms

Before your first post we ask you to accept these terms, and we record which version you accepted and when. If we change them in a way that alters what you agreed to, we publish a new version and ask again the next time you post. You can keep reading and browsing without accepting; acceptance gates posting.

6. Show metadata and artwork

Togged uses TVDB for television show metadata and artwork. Show images, titles and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes.

7. Third-party content

Members can attach clips from TikTok and YouTube. Togged may also curate source links through a clearly identified Togged account. When the provider supplies creator attribution, the Edit shows it separately from the account that shared the link.

We do not host the video. An Edit may load an image from its provider, and choosing to play it loads that provider’s embedded player in your browser. Those requests and the content are governed by TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, or YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not control the provider or its content; see the Privacy Policy for more about those requests and the copyright and clip removal page to ask us to review an Edit.

8. No warranty

Togged is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use it at your own risk.
