Synopsis

Sol is a lunchbox vendor living in a traditional neighborhood in northern Rio de Janeiro. A mother, a fighter, and a woman of unshakable faith, she's been singing in the church choir since childhood. However, Sol hides a secret from her parents: in the 2000s, she was a sensation at the funk parties she attended without her family knowing. Now, facing financial struggles, she finds herself back on stage—but, as expected, not everything will be glamour and success.
