Synopsis
In a post-Jason Bourne universe, sleeper agents from across the world are mysteriously 'awakened' when a CIA black ops program that uses behavioral modification on its test subjects—called 'Treadstone'—is activated, sending their deadly unknowing subjects on killing missions.
